Here at ASH Plastics we’ve spent more than 40 years working in close partnership with retailers of every type. The products which we design and manufacture for them are utilised to display the goods they sell to the best possible effect. Often this means crafting items as relatively complex as free standing display units or bespoke counter top displays, but sometimes it can be something as simple as shelf dividers and risers.
Shelf riser displays
Shelf risers play a vital role in creating visually appealing displays in retail outlet. The positioning of a shelf riser along the front edge of a shelf enables that shelf to be tilted downward without the stock falling off. The downward tilt creates a much more pleasing visual effect and, in the most basic terms, makes it easier for customers to take a look at the items on the shelf.
Many shelf risers come in standard sizes and our 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility enables us to turn round large scale bulk orders of items like Perspex shelf risers at speed in order to meet the tight lead times which retailers often work to.
If the shelf risers a client needs are other than strictly standard we can liaise with them from the initial brief stage to create a detailed CAD drawing which can be used as the basis of manufacturing.
In all cases our clients enjoy the attention of a dedicated project manager, working in close partnership with them throughout the project to ensure that the lines of communication remain open and the work we’re doing is exactly what was asked for.
Shelf dividers
In addition to risers we can manufacture shelf dividers for our retail clients.
These can be used to partition a single shelf into multiple compartments useful for displaying large numbers of smaller items. Shelf dividers of this kind are particularly useful in retail outlets which stock large numbers of smaller items, such as electrical components or cosmetic supplies.
The clear plastic dividers can be made to measure for specific shelving or ordered in standard sizes. In both cases we can design and manufacture the finished items in-house or, if needed, can call upon a global network of manufacturing partners in order to take advantage of economies of scale.
Our design and manufacturing facilities are complemented by a large scale warehousing and logistics operation which means that we can meet strict deadlines and arrange delivery across multiple locations if needed.
