Here at ASH Plastics we’ve been manufacturing items since 1982, and we know how important it is to work to the tightest tolerances when delivering components for use in industrial settings. Our decades of experience working with clients in the retail sector has taught us something just as important, however, and that’s the fact that in many retail settings the look and feel of an item is every bit as important as its practical use.
Cosmetic displays
This is particularly true when it comes to cosmetic displays. The visual aspect of any cosmetic product is clearly one of the major points designed to attract customers and promote sales, and creating a backdrop which showcases this visual appeal with the highest impact is going to work as a truly effective marketing tool.
The exact nature of each cosmetic display we design and manufacture will be dictated by factors such as the nature, size and volume of the cosmetics being displayed and the wider branding of the retailer. Examples might include a multi-tiered clear acrylic stand with shelves on every level which slope down toward the customer and are equipped with risers to keep the stock in place.
Alternatively, a high end perfume retailer might seek individual clear acrylic boxes to display single unique examples of product. In all cases we can work with materials such as metal and wood as well as plastic, and use finishing techniques like UV printing to create bespoke cosmetic displays which act as branded marketing material.

Our 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in the heart of the West Midlands is supremely well equipped to deliver all of that and more.
Among the state of the art equipment we can call upon is a Zund digital cutter, Biesse and Penta Laser CNCs and laser etching equipment. Our thermoforming capabilities include drape moulding vacuum forming and PVC bending and these and other techniques can be combined to create a truly bespoke solution for each client.
In addition to manufacturing the components of a cosmetic display we can assemble it and make use of finishing techniques such as UV digital printing and flame polishing to create the focused visual impact our clients look for.
Efficient end-to-end process to meet tight deadlines
Working with a dedicated project manager, each client will be offered a detailed CNC design based on their brief which can then be used to create the cosmetic display itself.
Our warehousing and logistics expertise means that we can deliver to tight lead times and specific delivery points without compromising on quality and if need be we can call on a global procurement network to ensure that each and every cosmetic display is delivered on time.
