The original Directors whose initials make up the word ASH still remain with the Company. Chairman Robert Archer and Sales Director Nigel Houlder have over 70 years experience collectively within the plastic industry, Director David Swingwood is a qualified Financial Accountant. These have been joined by the second generation, namely, James Archer (Commercial Director) and David Archer (Marketing Director). Jacqui Lewis (Projects Director) was appointed to the Board in December 2006.

Established in 1982 with 4 members of staff, today we employ in excess of 35 personnel and have increased our manufacturing capabilities to include the latest state of the art CNC Routers, Semi-Automated Line Bender and Diamond Polishers, situated in our 23 thousand square feet factory.
