A.S.H Plastics was formed nearly thirty years ago and, during the ensuing period, has become a leading manufacturer and supplier of point of sale, marketing and promotional displays.
We also supply large numbers of cut and formed panels to various segments of industry, such as refrigeration and shop-fitting sectors. A large proportion of our business is producing bespoke display items to customers’ specific requirements. Whilst we have a portfolio of standard displays, we provide a full range of design and fabrication services, which will transform conceptual requirements into reality. Additionally, we offer services for storage, product management and distribution, all of which simplify the project from our customers’ point of view.
Our manufacturing capabilities include access to substantial injection moulding facilities, the latest state of the art Laser Cutters, CNC Routers, Semi-Automated Line Benders, Vacuum Forming machines and Diamond Polishers situated in our West Midlands production facility. The materials we work with include plastics, metal and timber, and our quality processes are based on ISO 9002. The experience and expertise we have gained over the last three decades has given us a reputation for producing quality products within time and budget.
Creating superior bespoke display products...
Depending on specific project timescales and volumes, it may be more economic to source products from our partners in Taiwan and China. Increasingly, we provide this procurement service to third party companies and partners as a stand-alone offering and one of our directors visits these facilities regularly, which allows him to project manage our larger production runs there.
